By visiting savemyclips.com ("Save My Clips", "we", "our") and using the Snapchat Video Downloader tool offered on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site.
2. What this is
Save My Clips is a free, browser-based Snapchat Video Downloader. You paste a publicly accessible Snapchat URL, such as a Spotlight clip, public Story or public profile post, and our server fetches the original video file from Snapchat's public CDN and streams it back to your device as an MP4.
The service is provided "as-is" and at no cost. There is no account, no signup and no premium tier. Operating costs are offset by small banner advertisements.
3. Eligibility
You may use Save My Clips only if you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher) and capable of forming a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Permitted use
You may use Save My Clips to download publicly shared Snapchat videos for lawful personal use, including:

5. Prohibited use

If we believe a request violates these rules, we may block it, log the offending URL for our reference, and decline to process further requests from the same source.
6. Intellectual property
Save My Clips does not claim ownership of the videos you download. Copyright in each video belongs to its original creator (or Snapchat, where applicable). Downloading a file through this site does not grant you any rights to that video beyond what fair use, fair dealing or a direct license from the creator already provides.
The Save My Clips name, logo, design and source code (excluding open-source dependencies) are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
7. Third-party content and trademarks
Save My Clips is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Snap Inc. "Snapchat", "Snap", "Spotlight" and related marks are trademarks of Snap Inc., used here only to describe the content this tool helps you save.
We do not host the videos you download, they remain on Snapchat's CDN until Snapchat removes them. We have no control over what Snap Inc. publishes or removes.
8. No warranty
This service is provided "as-is" and "as-available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or that every Snapchat URL will resolve. Snapchat may change its platform at any time, which may temporarily or permanently break the downloader.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operators of Save My Clips are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, reputation or content. Because the service is free, your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction is to stop using it.
10. Termination
You may stop using Save My Clips at any time by closing your browser tab, no account exists to delete. We may suspend or restrict access for any user (or block any URL pattern) at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, repeated DMCA notices or activity that strains our infrastructure.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in the law, our service or our operations. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Save My Clips after a change means you accept the revised terms.
